Bar/Bat Mitzvahs

Reaching the age of bar or bat mitzvah signifies becoming a full-fledged member of the Jewish community with the responsibilities that come with it. Bar and Bat Mitzvahs are a celebration of life and adulthood within the Jewish culture.

Planning a Bar/Bat Mitzvah is an exciting and joyful time. Many young adults decide to proclaim a specific theme for their celebration in order to keep one’s individuality. Unlike birthday parties, these events are still considered formal so the idea of planning something extravagant is required.

These events can sometimes even compare to a wedding with all the time and money that is put into making the day as special as possible. Bar and Bat mitzvahs are colorful events not only because of the themes but because of the family tradition that accompanies the event.

Your biggest event expenditures…

There are three big buys for any event or wedding that must be completed at the beginning of the planning process. Location, Photographer, and Entertainment. If you do not lock in these products early you will miss out on the best vendors in the industry. No event can occur without a great location. Photographers and bands or djs for entertainment all have limited availability. Most entertainers and photographers can only book one event per day. In order to get what you want you need to act EARLY and FAST.

These are some of the biggest expenditures for any event, but these choices are the difference between a boring/drab event and an extraordinary event.
